Appeal at skyblock.net Oh and ImDaWinner reported me. Did you read the rules ? Yes Why do YOU think you were banned? This is where it gets interesting. There was absolutely no reason for me to be banned. Me being a donor, obviously involves money, so you must not ban me without good reason. The reason i was banned is for calling a kid whose name you cant even write in chat, "swag" saying his name is "gay." Now let me ask you a question, if his name were not "gay" wouldn't I be allowed to write it? Now i did not call him "gay" because of malicious intent, but it is a great unknown to many people that "swag" is an acronym. And guess what it means? 'secretly we are gay.' Again, i'm not going to explain how this came around, as to not offend anyone, but you get the point. Now his next offense, promoting spam, I did not promote spam. There are a very finite amount of people who would want ImDaWinner banned, or so you would think. Its actually vary contrary to popular belief. It turns out everyone on the server hates him. About 8 people said "I" to have him banned other than me. Three of which were donors. And about five other donors messaged me to get that kid banned. So now lets think; why would so many people on a server want one kid banned? Why dont you search the report column of the forums. HE literally has reported and successfully gotten banned, many, many more people than anyone else. He literally plays hall cop. Waiting for me to say "gay" then saying "thats a warning or i'm gonna report you" He has banned so many players for no reason its unthinkable. He literally ruins everyones time on the server. I never said that i traded a bucket after he said it was illegal. I said if someone wants to trade one they can. Rules aren't broken unless you get caught, on top of which, if someone thinks its fun to break a little rule then good on them. Let them do it, it makes their time enjoyable, and it doesn't affect anyone else. Oh and for calling him a "Prick;" prick is not a curse word first of all. Its a small hole cause by a point. In fact, it means nothing unless you take it to mean something. Now if he was "so offended" by me then why doesn't he leave the server like everyone wants him to. I'm only saying that i'm sure that was an act, and nothing more. Was this an incorrect ban? YES Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes for "advertising." as in advertising my casino at my island. I said best casino on the server, and some mod didn't read the other half of my message and banned me. Once he looked he quickly unbanned me and apologized. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Im a donor, I always give out iron and grass for trivia and such. Everyone on the server likes me, and read above. In all honesty I think imdawinner is the one that should've been banned, but thats for another day. Anyway thank you, and i hope this gets read soon!
I just wanted to say that people don't get banned for no reason. People I reported were rule breakers. There is nothing wrong with reporting others. Also everyone hates me? 8/500 people said I, and I bet many of them were not legitimate. Also, I was wondering if we would like to both apologize and maybe move on? the_dirty_ninja , this is yours.
Also, just take one look at the meaning of "prick" in the urban dictionary. I do not believe you were calling me a point. Also, I did take it to mean something.
