[BAN APPEAL] KevDude123 [TheBookWorm101]

Hello, I was banned by T-Mod Bookmark and Donor XLightnngX for doing something that wasn't very bad... Here's what happened:

Items stolen: I think it was 10 apples, 24 bone meal, 2 spruce wood planks, 1 oak wood plank, 1 lava bucket
Full story: I was working on my island and did /kit donor3 (because I am a donor) and Elizabeth1213 msged me and said that she wanted to change her spawner to a blaze spawner, so I tpaed to her and changed it for her. I then walked around her island. I saw a chest without a lock on it and opened it. I think there was the following in it: 10 apples, 24 bone meal, 2 spruce wood planks, 1 oak wood plank, 1 lava bucket... and that's all I remember. Then I made a massive mistake. I didn't think, I just took everything from the chest. I said goodbye to Elizabeth1213 and did /home and put everything in my chests. Then she noticed that I took them. She said 'KevDude123! I know you took my stuff!', so I msged her back and denied that I took them. Then she insisted that I did, so I admitted it. Then she said that I took enchanted stuff! I did not do that! You have logs of what I took and I did not take anything enchanted! Then Bookmark tped to her and so did Donor XLightnngX, which I think is ridiculous! He was only a Donor and he was doing Admin stuff! So I admitted it to them that I did it, and I told them that I did take apples and bone meal and lava etc but I did not take anything enchanted! I was then trying to get Bookmark to tp to me so I could give him the stuff and I'd be off the hook, but he banned me. ;( I think I should not be banned because I donated a lot of money to the server and I did not do anything REALLY bad.

PLEASE unban me! This is my favorite server ever and I donated a lot of money to you! I will get Elizabeth1213 her stuff back! All of her stuff! And I promise not to loot, grief or bridge ever! PLEASE unban me! PLEASE!

When she was going on the floor with the chest she lagged out.
I got Bookworm to logblock the chests due me being on the island and solving the case.
He told me the items in there. Netherwart was in there 2.

Then i said Well Kev. Logblock dosent lie. Then you said all the time: Bookworm tp to me. I was asking you: Why did you take the items in the first place? But then i asked bookworm:" Bookworm Kick tempban or ban" After a little while he awnsered: Banned.

After you wehre banned i him to return the items. He said it will be rollbacked.

Elizabezh however lagged out the whole time.


So its my fault because your banned, however it was todally correct to call Bookworm.

 

And P.S i did not do Admin stuff.

Elizabeth was screaming around and Only 1 overloaded mod was on. I only got Bookworm to logblock it.

I am not mod put that however, i still have the perm to help people.

Ok, I am not a griefer/looter. I never go on those kind of servers because why would u want to be mean to someone. I have no idea why I looted! I have never before and I PROMISE I will never do it again! I love skyblock! I am on it twice daily, and now that I was banned, I was devistated. So I promise I will never loot again.
I looted the stuff because she was literally on the other side of the island, and her chest was unlocked and I didn't think! I stupidly just did it. I then felt awful, so I promise I will never loot again!

 

Ok, Because you seem very sorry for what you did I will unban BUT,
If I ever see you looting again you may not be so lucky.
