I was Scammed 3 times trying to Buying either $10,$25,$50

no the mods said something about trading privately is in your own risk or something then they just left

 

Did I not tell you that a thread was posted that clearly stated that, therefore it is obvious they will most likely not be banned.

 

I've had problems with both too I gave one guy a mobspawner mod gave me and he said he will give me 100 dollar doner...

 

Honestly if you believed that you should never try to buy donor with in-game items ever again your obviously very bad with prices if you think that guy was anything but a scammer....

I saw some mods saying that it is ok, and preferred to have a mod reside over a trade.

 

For me the Mod said this is a private trade and its at your own risk to trade in game items for Real life item and i think he also said we do not take responsibility for what you are doing and we are not allowed to give refunds or something

 

Ya, they aren't allowed to give refunds.
