First off, it wasn't once that you did it. You continued to do it, in which afterwards you boasted about it in the chat.

Ok, yes i did do that. But you can take a whole stack of the stuff get in the kit, even though i only did it like 3-4 times. It was only iron grass sand redstone and a diamond pick. It's not like i boosted for spawners or diamonds. I don't even have any diamonds. When i said "I've gotten the donor kit 3 times today," i meant it as "Hey, i found a bug that can be fixed," not as Oh look at me i'm hacking.

 

"I've used kit donor at least 3 times today XD" Why didn't you report it in then?

I don't buy the "I was trying to be a good samaritan" crap. You weren't, instead, you boasted about your gains via the bug.

 

Seems the user that posted the ban appeals has notified us of the fact that he does not want to be unbanned
