I don't think noobcrew will do this as far as I know. But if you send him a inbox message with your transaction id's and your problem he might be able to give you items to the value of $10 from the donor market. Its worth asking I guess !! P.s dont make multiple posts of the same topic as this will just get you ignored and no help.
