If he wanted to, a mod could have unarchived, he choose to make a new one, respect his choice.

 

Why not delete the old? I deleted all my old applications and in a wait to make a new one.. But just not ready yet to make a new one.

What do you mean? This is only my second one, and my first one was archived when they were cleaning up the forums or something a while ago.
