I think it would be nice if there was a repair hand sign. There was one on the last two org resets and is useful now because enchanted items are rarer so things break far quicker, putting pressure on ranks with /repair. It shouldn't be too cheap, but not overly expensive either.
Support, this would be a nice little addition. Not sure where it would go - perhaps when the bank is released a sign could be placed there?
Neutral leaning to support. Support: Of course, this would be very useful for VIP– as they don't have access to /repair, although I wouldn't make it cost more than 1,5k. Neutral: Although it would be useful, it is unnecessary in most situations. What's the point of spending 1k per item to repair if there are always (from what I've seen) donors (Elite and Highrollers) online which are almost always willing to repair all your items for free! Well, even if it is sometimes unnecessary, it wouldn't hurt anyone to add this to the server.
No support, it would be to help full for people without /repair and then /repair would get useless for elite+ ranks. I think we should just keep /repair as it is now
Elite+ would have free repair while a hand sign would require money. Would you rather pay for repairs or have elite+ and not have to? In this case you can also argue that because there are people who are on all the time to repair, then they should just get given /repair. Just because there are people who can repair, doesn't mean they should be relied on to repair. Even if a lot of people choose not to pay for a repair, at least the option is there for people.
Support, let low/non ranked players have more autonomy and not have to depend so much on ranked players.
