More negative ratings

It is currently too difficult to achieve a spot on the "most negative rated users" page. I suggest we allow more negative ratings eg dislikes and disagrees to add to the total accumulated negative points. I think we need to make it easier for people to receive negative ratings.

 

Why do you WANT people to achieve more negative ratings? Do you WANT people to dethrone me? D:

also we dont have a dev in staff to do these jobs so we are kinda behind
