It would be pretty neat to have a small plot (like a chunk) in the nether that wouldn't be reset every month so players can make themselves a lil base.
hmm, i don’t really see how having a base in the nether would improve player experience much. plus they would have to protect an individual chunk for each player and i feel like that would be a logistical nightmare to try and organize for something that doesn’t add much purpose to the server atm.
While being able to save stuff in the Nether would be really cool I think it would make the nether as a farmable space useless. If you go off the ratio of 1 block in the nether is 8 blocks in the overworld, 1 chunk in the nether would be the same space as 128x128 from the overworld. I just think they would end up being so close together in the nether based on island location, this rendering the nether as a farmable space useless.
