just an up date I have organized a lot of advise I have been given onto a google doc.
Most common feedback is that I should work on actitivaty and then politeness.
I will be working on both of these.

Ursus is a great player to be around and is always a fantastic mediator in a conversation. He cares about what other players have to say. He has my full support.

I'll give you my support. I do see all the feedback towards you and I do agree with the fact that you are afk slightly too much, but I have seen you become slightly more active. I know you can do good things so I'm supporting you right now, but if I have to, then I will lower to neutral/no support. But I do wanna see you helping players more often, especially just little questions in the chat, those help a lot, and activity too, tho I'm sure you already know about your activity from previous feedback.

 

I've changed from no support to neutral, I see more actual activity instead of plain afk, and some contribution in the discord. Keep up the good work and just keep focusing on bettering yourself as a person to be around and engaging with the community.

 

Ursus listens to my feedback and takes it on board which is really awesome it’s always nice to see someone handle things constructively, neutral atm mainly bc I don’t see much of him but that’s because of our time zones

 

Although you are afk a lot, you are still on, you are recognizable to most of not all players. As mod I can imagine you will be attentive more. From my few times in a discord call you’re nice and easygoing so no complaints from me.
