Hi, my discord name is 2004 Honda Civic#8041

Many many months ago I stopped playing because my PC was not that great to play on (I had a gt 710 lol) but i have recently got a 1650 and I want to get back into the community. I have already started the process of getting my account fully reset and I want to start to engage with the community.

The issue is I spammed the chat with the bee movie script because I thought it was a funny thing to do for some reason. I am sorry for this. It was a long time ago but I think i was intentionally trying to get banned so I probably said some other stuff which was pretty out of pocket. As I now plan on getting back into playing frequently, I would like to be unmuted.

I am sincerely sorry for this. I promise it will not happen again.

You were muted for that spam but also the spam of highly inappropriate messages.

That behaviour is not tolerated here.

You have not mentioned that in your appeal, yet that was the main reason for your mute. Why is this?

Hi, I honestly dont remember saying anything other than spamming (I'm not denying it) but I could see myself previously doing that. Again I am sorry for anything innapropriate and I garantee that I will not demonstrate this sort of behaviour again. I just want to play skyblock and have a chat with people whilst doing so.

Once again sorry, it won't happen again and i understand that it is not tolerated.

Swearing
Members are allowed to mildly swear on the Skyblock Discord. Excessive swearing, as determined by our Staff Team, will result in punishments. If you play songs that include swearing and make other players uncomfortable, our Staff Team will punish the member who queued the song.

Spamming
Spamming in all channels, include text and voice channels, is forbidden from our server. Breaking this rule in text channels includes, but is not limited to, posting multiple messages in a row, keyboard smashes, or continuous messages of the same link. Breaking this rule in voice channels includes, but is not limited to, ear rape, using voice changers, or playing music through your microphone.

Disrespect
Disrespect towards any member of the Skyblock Discord, including Staff Members, is NOT tolerated at all on any of our platforms. Disrespect includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, usage of slurs and/or inappropriate terms, or any kind of name calling

Trolling
Trolling is the action of doing something with the intention of causing chaos and/or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, pointless arguing, angering others for your own entertainment, or starting a flame war.

Harassment
Harassment of any kind is forbidden from the Skyblock Discord and any other of our platforms. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, directing hate speech towards others, targeting others, or using inappropriate slurs towards others.

Discrimination
Discrimination is the act of excluding one or more persons due to a feature about them. This is forbidden from all of our platforms, including the Skyblock Discord. This includes, but is not limited to, discriminating someone due to their race, sexuality, religion, or ethnicity. Players who discriminate against others will be immediately removed from the Skyblock Discord.

Threats
Threats are harmful words and/or phrases used with the intention of inflicting harm on another person and/or persons. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening one's life, threatening the life of a loved one, threatening to DDOS, threatening to DOX, or any other phrase that has the intention to inflict physical or emotional damage.

Advertising
Advertising is the action of promoting a Discord or Minecraft server that is not owned by Noobcrew. This can be done in many different ways, but is commonly done in Discord private messages or in text channels. Do not send server IPs or Discord invites to other users in the Skyblock Discord without asking for permission first.

Punishment Evading
Evading, or bypassing, any punishment you may have is against our rules and will lead to a further punishment being given. This includes, but is not limited to, creating an alternate account to evade a punishment.

Inappropriate/NSFW Content
Inappropriate/NSFW content is any content that has or suggests anything inappropriate for a younger audience. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate images, inappropriate text, or inappropriate links. This also includes the discussion of sensitive topics. We ask all members to be mindful of what they are discussing and to not make others uncomfortable.

We ask that everyone uses common sense and follows Discord's Terms Of Service.

Don't swear excessively or do anything silly such as spam or post nsfw or self promo. Just be a nice human being and if you get banned deal with it in the proper way by submitting an appeal.
