Declined Sugar Cane Stick (or wand)

Similar to the Builder's Wand this item is a copier of ONLY sugar cane. How I plan for this to work is when you left click it opens a area to hold up to 72 stacks of sugar cane (8 rows of 9). in my opinion I think a stick of bambo0 looks the best for what item the wand should be made of. It would be purchasable from Anita for 1 silver medal and 25 Jacob Ticket's. Please take this into consideration because the sugar cane isn't able to be in the basket of seeds. With the size of most farms it takes hours alone to place the sugar cane by hand. Lastly just like all other items from Anita it cant be traded to sold on ah!!!
