Accepted Griefing[Accepted]

I admit I didn't properly reply at first, it was at the time I was still planning on leaving the server. Thank you for understanding my personal problems. I do admit perhaps I could have been more relaxed with the pushing of the questions. I still think it's fair to use other appeals to prove a point because that is all i have available to me. It is just comparing the judgements of other moderators to see why am being treated differently.

I didn't solely ask any updates because it seemed that bunny had to consider it greatly, so i used appeals and threads to prove my side of it, i did not think it would take that long to reach a judgement. Unless bunny had to consider some external factor so i attempted to prove my point.

I understand that forums activity isnt a 100 percent and i know that bunny is using in game time to help players in game, but it is not fair to say there was no time to think about my appeal when there was time to consider my outcome. It is not a complicated issue and i would have been willing to answer many more questions if there was any

In my post comparing the appeals i did not ask bunny to immediately reply i would not have minded a sentence saying that she is will write a reply later, I think it is fair to ask for a reply in 3 days. I only replied with the use of other threads because in those threads the looters/griefers got replies in fairly short times. So why was my situation so much more different. About the 2nd point if this was such a big issue why not just ask me if there was any and in that case it is no i did not make any similar agreements with anyone. I have been compliant throughout the appeal so why is the one question so hard to ask.

If i wasn't able to use the appeal process to my advantage why not add that to my ban message. I used the appeal process and it seems that because i have not used it in the way you wanted me to, i am being neglected. I understand the 3 day rule is for players that would not care about the appeal but i feel it's fair to get a reply after 3 days. When seeing bunny online a lot on forums replying/viewing threads it does not take long to write a simple sentence saying that she still has the appeal and is thinking about my unban. 3 days is a long enough time for you to decide appeals should be thrown out so why is it not a long time for mods to decide their response?

I am just expressing my opinion in these posts that the appeal was seeming to be based around me leaving the server for 2 days than me actually taking the items.I compare my appeal with theirs and say what is entirely different. The question that i've asked the whole time is why i was being treated differently than the other players shown. I was honestly confused when it was said that the appeal process is not constant and the moderator has the final say on a ban even if everything was perfectly answered. I can see how that comment was seen as hostile because i was genuinely confused at the comment. it just seemed that bias can line the appeal process when banned by a moderator.

You state they are rhetorical but they have clear answers? So i dont understand why the question ive asked before is still not answered at this point. Why is my appeal treated differently in comparison to the others. I assure i was not being aggressive it was certainly just me trying to have a proper discussion.

I admit me leaving the server did prolong things but only by 2 days, It was my fault for acting immaturely and instead of talking things out with my family i acted quickly. I will tell you there is no ill will towards bunny, i assure you if it was another moderator i would have done the same thing. I have no issue with bunny as a moderator and just wanted answers i did not mean to spark up such a strong debate by comparing my appeal with others. Thank you for taking my word and i do really appreciate your response to the appeal.

 

Sorry about the delayed response again, I've been working it's been been a pretty stressful few days. After careful consideration and reading all the responses, I've decided to unban you.

Just some final notes:

Please do not compare other appeals to yours as every situation is different. You can use some as base, but not to undermine other moderators and my previous experiences as a moderator over 2 years ago.
Responses on the forums take time, and I like to gather my thoughts before making a concise and (as well as I can) informative response.

Again, your case is different as every case is different. This message has been repeated.

Lastly, many of your responses I did view as hostile and sometimes repetitive. Your quick absence of the discord and server did affect things greatly because it came off as highly suspicious. Please keep this in mind as it does greatly affect decision making.
