    Hey guys, It's Craney100.

After a recent discussion within the Skyblock Discord Server, I realised that a post may be helpful to some people during these unpresedented times.

Quarantine, Lockdown and Isolation can bring a range of emotions to many, some of you may feel lonely, some sad, some anxious, some scared and some may have mixed feelings.

All of these things are okay, and are completely normal.
For some these times may be harder than others - those without family, isolating alone may be struggling to be by themselves.

Often Isolation can cause a stoop in Mental Health.
As a Skyblock Family, we are all here for each other - and are all each others support systems. None of us here are trained professionals in what to do during Covid-19, but we can all offer each other support and guidance.

This is why I thought I would create a list of 10 things to do, to try and make your isolation just that little bit easier to cope with.

    1. Create yourself a daily planner
Schedule out a plan for your week, day by day to help you arrange what you are doing and when. This means that it is less likely that you find yourself unocuppied, which is often the times when you may start to feel low.
Plan out each hour of the day what will be occuring.

    2. Self-Care
Since we have a lot of time during lock down, Pamper yourself. Take that extra long shower, do that awfully long skin-care routine that no one has time for. Light a candle, and relax in the bath. It's you time.

    3. Organisation
Have that one messy part of your room? Tidy it! That one cupboard that all the odds & sods get shoved into? Sort it out! Organising a messy part of your home is proven to destress the mind - and if you're a Marie Kondo "spark joy"!

    4. Keep in touch with close ones!
Make sure you stay in touch with family & friends. Set up a zoom call, schedule that face time. If you're really pushing the boat out like I did, arrange a time to have a meal cooked and sit down together on Zoom as if you're around a dinner table together.

    5. Binge Watch
Have that series in your Netflix list that you have always wanted to watch, now is the time to sit down, cover yourself with a blanket and get binging!

    6. Exercise
Seriously, Exercise. We know easy it is to get tied up infront of a computer screen playing Skyblock all day, but your body will thank you for it! The health benefits are endless, get a home work out up on youtube or download Strava on your phone and go for a walk, run or bike ride!

    7. Bake
Unleash your inner Mary Berry and perfect that Sponge Cake! No one likes a soggy bottom. Now this the perfect time to get the mixing bowl out and give it some welly!

    8. TikTok
Honestly, need I say more - just, tiktok.

    9. Online Shopping
Go on, you know you want to. Spend a bit of that Furloe by ordering some online goods, maybe some flatpack furniture to take up a bit of time :p

    10. Sleep
    Snooze it! Zzz

If you are feeling low, and don't know how to get help, or who to reach out to - this list of services may be the help that you need. Remember, you are never alone and that we are all in the same boat here, your feelings are perfectly normal and you do not need to be sorry.

Ayy you agree that tiktok sucks

That is why personally, I think tiktok should be taken off of there. While it may be a nice enviroment to some players, with enough time, you will always get degrading things that hurt your feelings, and at a time like this, that just isn't needed.

Love this, thanks for making this Craney. The TikTok community isn't the greatest, but not gonna lie there are some hilarious videos on there.
