I always here how stonefarms lag the server, i thought about some ways to reduce lag in the server. these arent all good suggestions but it may help. 1) Item stacker insead of having alot of stacks on the ground when mined/dropped the server can install a plugin wich will only have 1 entity on the ground and itll say (For example) x1000 stone, Kind of like the mob stacker but then with items. 2) A piston limit per island This may sound like a bad idea to alot of players but the cap can be high such as 500 or 1000 just so its harder for people to make laggy farms with thousands of pistons 3) Multi world skyblock This may be hard to pull off but its a good idea to keep in mind, As you may know Hypixel does not just put all skyblock users on 1 big server insead they seperate them with diff worlds, you dont have to do this with every member but you can for example buy it in the store or grant it to every person who has a rank so its less expensive, I do not know if this is a good idea but i just wanted to put it out there since everyone will be having 20tps at that point, and insead of seperate the chat there could be a way to use 1 chat in diff worlds. 4) AFK kick I know AFKing is allowed but adding a ismple afk kick of like 10-20 minutes when if they dont inter act with anything they get sent back to the main lobby, this will mean less chunks are loaded wich means there is less lag, afk pools will provent you from getting kicked but its for the user who dont intend to afk but just stand there, It doesnt make a massive difference but it helps recude lag. There already is multiple rules in place to stop the process of stone mining to cause lag, people cannot use hacks that modify their mining speed, this was causing a ton of lag but with the rule in place I don’t think stone gens cause much more lag.
Please try not to just say no (a little rude), state ur opinion and elaborate on your thoughts. My opinion is that ZSG's not wrong, but there are already rules implemented like Monster said, BUT I think the item stacker is something to think about.
