Accepted [SirePWNsAlot] Store Ban [Leeeroieee] [Accepted/Resolved]

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting it in the right place, but apparently since I won the September top vote, I wanted to redeem it for use.

However, when I wanted to click "Add to cart", there was a pop-up that tells me that I am banned from the webstore.

I have yet to do any purchases, as such I don't do chargebacks. And so far before, I only have been clicking to cart, to calculate the pricing only. As such, I'm not aware of what I did wrongly

Hmm, that's very strange. I looked up your username in our web store's ban list and nothing came back. Maybe it was a momentary glitch? I'd suggest trying again in an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.

 

Hi Leeeroieee. Tried what you suggested on incognito. But the problem is still the same.

 

Hi again. I tried restarting, deleting cookies and using another browser to use the skyblock shop. Nothing.
