I think it was incorrect because i dont break such rules like stealing/is farm i never stole anything and would be nice if you can tell me what i did wrong

Hello MelonenBlock, I apologize for the late response.

According to the chest logs at VortextRAM's island, you stole items from a chest near his island spawn, including thirteen shulker boxes, some containing items that were quite valuable, such as elytras, diamonds, multiple stacks of fireworks, and much more. Looting, as stated in our rules, is never acceptable, and will almost always be met with some sort of infraction, with the length depending on the severity of the offense.

Successful appeals can only result from complete honesty, as the appealing player must prove that they recognize their mistakes, have apologized for their actions, and are willing to abide by the rules in the future if given another chance. If you did not steal any items from this player, would you be able to explain why our logs show that you stole thirteen shulker boxes along with various other items, from a chest near the player's spawn?

If you have not already, I would also like you to read through our server rules, located here, to ensure that you fully understand what is and is not acceptable while playing on this server. Please restate the rules in your own words, and feel free to ask any clarifying questions if you feel that any part of the thread is unclear.

 

Hey likr 1 week ago me and vortext played togwther he told me i can have hes stuff because hes not playing to much the problem is that he told me that in vc so i dont have any proved so thats my problem now im sry seems i cant trust ppl without proves so im sry to steal it and im ready to give all stuff back and will never take item from players without having proves i will apologize by vortext and will say sry to him

In the future, please be sure to take screenshots of players giving you permission to take items from their island, and make sure that they do so in-game, so that we can accept it as evidence. If I am to unban your account, I would like you to first restate all of the rules, located here, in your own words, to ensure that you have read and understood all of our server rules.

Once that has been completed, I will unban you under the condition that you are to immediately return all of the items that have been taken, by placing chests near your spawn containing the items, and using /mail send michael1234 to let me know when you have finished, so that I may move them to VortextRAM's island.

 

Im not allowed to Disrespect players, to abuse my /nick like spam advertising other ip (Servers), use Fly hack or other hacks in ma, posting malicious links, ddos or acc hacking, no private information from player to other palyers
Scamming Griefing; im not allowed to start new island to island farm dirt Not allowed to use skins like from 2. warsame with name illegal Tr4ading (sand, dirt, buckets in all ways), no swearing in chat

Player killing if a player accept pvp i can kill him ??

To answer your question, yes, if both players turn on pvp with the /pvp command, killing is allowed. The player killing rule only applies if both players have not agreed to it, such as inviting players to your island, and quickly trusting them with lava nearby.

Please send me a private message whenever you have finished gathering the items and placing them near your spawn. We have already retrieved one shulker box filled with fireworks, so you do not have to worry about that.
