You are welcome to talk politely to the other person via messages to solve their problems or /ignore them, or if they are harassing you report them to a staff member. But putting them on the same island against their will? No way Jose.
There really isn't any reason to do this, if you force two people that don't like eachother to interact, you will just run into griefing and you will probably end up losing at least one of those two users from the server. No support.
