I suggest that mods and higher up staff try to work out more efficient farm designs with players who cause large amounts of lag. Players that do not cooperate or even try to change should be punished accordingly. Since gold was limited massively, the tps increased for weeks, but the player count came back and every day we're back to 10 tps (which was similar to when people were mass farming gold) and I think that there's definitely an issue, and we need to work together to solve it. I agree with michael (and have acknowledged matt's post) and the easiest way to fix it is to work out the issues with the players, rather than inflicting a limit upon all players unfairly. Where there are definitely some boundaries to be set, and some details to be worked out, this could possibly help future issues.

thats what cyk does , but the way she teaches leaves items for CL which really isnt server friendly

To my very basic understanding, RAM is how much stuff the server can remember at a time (Mob Stacks), and CPU speed is how fast that thing is handled (Block breaking, Moving, etc). I don't think the server needs more RAM, just more CPU threads.
