    I really think Bard ol boy Should get [Mod]​

    I really think this because of the way he calls out and censors any chats that remotely give him the excuse to do so!

    I just think that's such a great quality and the true ideal for a SkyBlock[Moderator]!

    you seem like a tryhard minimod and your attitude is ridiculously pretentious and stuck up. i got bad vibes just from reading some of yr bs on there nd i was clearly right seeing as i’m not alone in feeling this way.

    yeah it should be a bit nicer on the eyes now. sorry about that.
    ill agree with that about a month or two ago. Ive toned down that tryhard deal a fair bit
    And sorry if it really seems that way. When im able to take my time and am not exactly rushed to reply to someone, referring to forums, my writing style is noticeably different. Im a lot more different in-game.

    Well, i hope to get my message across that im genuinely openly receptive to all forms of criticism, though id always prefer constructive criticism, I work under my own philosophy that theres always something that can be better. If you have anything else I should probably work on improving, just give me a shout in-game or forums pms. once again i appreciate all feedback, good and bad, and strongly encourage it. I dont get mad at others as others might anyways : p

    Well, personally I think you’re a good guy to be around. From what I have seen about a month ago, you’ve been pretty active and helpful. Again I cannot tell as I don’t have my PC at the moment. Currently in DC for a school trip. Will be back in a week or so. I’ll download mine chat so I can see what’s up.
    After some thinking, I’ll change to a Support again.

    Lets not start fights on this app.

    Here is basically the improvements that should make a huge difference. Up to you what you do with the info.

    - Use a one response rule to arguments. This is useful for a good reason. It lets you defend yourself in an argument, make you careful how you respond and end an argument by stating your reply is everything you need. The more an argument goes on, the more it can lead to tension, anger and other things you cannot afford to have cloud your judgement. I have seen you engage too much in arguments where you should just reply and walk away. Likely because you feel like you aren't saying all you need to say and afraid everyone will come at you if they believe the one person. Yes, it happens this way a lot. You can't always change someone's opinion. Let it go.

    - No mini modding. Mini modding is frustrating; not because it isn't helpful in some respects. The reason it is frustrating is because it causes tension, fights and situations to get worse. People don't take too kindly to being told what to do, even by staff and unlike staff, applicants don't have the means to solve this until a mod can come intervene. You don't want to make enemies with people if you can help it, so the way to go is to take the helpful aspect of being staff as inspiration, not the authoritative one.
    Along with this, if you consider yourself a person who gets provoked or argues easily then it is the best idea to give this sort of thing a pass. It is temptation that can be avoided. Please, don't mini mod.

    - Chill. It may seem like there is a need to work very hard towards being mod. We need people who have good personalities who like to help people and can handle situations independently and maturely. We don't need overly active, overly eager who may likely burn out later. Of course this varies. The lesson is to show your good qualities, do a good job and being active and helpful. Show you can resolve things yourself in arguments and most of all, have fun.

    If there is one thing that i've learned from the past, it is ok to chill out, its ok not to mini mod, its ok to walk away from arguments even if people may judge later. I am not here to impress others or to make anyone like me, just to do what brings me joy.

    I really appreciate this Krissy. I've caught on to this mini mod crap and how it really doesn't do anything for the better. If you've noticed, I've been helping others with looting and griefing problems. I've chosen to mainly focus on players who need help rather than just recite rules 99% of the time. Im gonna take your advice on the whole chilling out thing. I have seemed to be really high strung and tense. Thanks Krissy! :D

    Resupporting Bard. If you've seen him in-game, you must know he is always helping people who reach out to him. He's mature, responsible, unbiased and helpful overall. He clearly would make a great addition to the team. Why isn't he a helper yet?

I've noticed you helping many players with their problems/questions, including catching a looter alongside Fran, which automatically makes you suitable for the role of Helper. You treat players with a respectful, positive manner, making you a trustworthy and an unreal person. Overall, you are an incredible person who is determined and ambitious to become a successful Staff Member.     RESUPPORT.
    I have seen bard change and develop over time. He has changed drastically. When he first applied, he had a lesser understanding of what a mod should be. However, he has adapted and become a much nicer, more understanding, well tempered person. I truly believe that he should be promoted, and hope that you, the reader, will understand how hard he has worked for this.
    Please support him in this endeavor.
