I was thinking maybe that we can add a custom enchantment only obtainable from a level 30 enchantment with a possible 1% rate of getting it. The way it would work would be like this: Every quartz ore mined that didn't drop quartz ups the chances of getting quartz on the next block mined. For example if the standard rate is 5%, and you've mined 10 quartz ore with no luck, your chance is now 10%. It resets back to 5% after quartz is found. So in this case it goes up by 0.5% Benefits: More quartz in circulation Quartz will be cheaper, more in demand Quartz mining will be a lot less annoying Downsides: Too many people might get lucky and get the enchantment and all of a sudden these picks are inflated ---- Feedback is appreciated
Don't know if possible, but neutral leaning to no. Have you considered that this would make it even easier for donors to get rich? Especially because most (or all?) keep xp when they die. As an example, I have 150? xp levels, and I don't even afk kill in grinders. Imagine those with 300+ levels... Easier to get levels, easier to get the enchantment, easier to get more quartz, easier to get rich.
As sad as it makes me to say I have to agree with this Especially being a big quartz miner myself. It would just make it too easy to obtain for donors.
Maybe just increase the drop chance of quartz a bit so there isn't any need for custom enchants. Custom enchants themselves are a nice idea and could be another system separate from enchant tables. But for this idea I don't think its needed and there are other ways to achieve the same thing, but more fair for all players.
