7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes I think it was for bypassing the filter or something sorry I can't remember
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because CypriotMerks has finally been exposed for his abusive behaviour and abuse of power so I feel safe now to appeal for this unlawful ban. Previously, I was afraid to appeal as I felt like he would immediately ban my forums appeal account without giving me any chances. (Edited out because it was disrespectful).

I'm sorry but I don't believe that someone who has obviously abused their power deserves respect, but I will try my best to put that behind me.

I apologize for disrespecting him. This appeal technically is taking advantage of him not being staff; if he was still a staff member and I tried to appeal, he would either delete the appeal or get someone else to delete it so I really didn't see the point of appealing at the time. Yes, I did say not such a nice thing about him and I apologize.

Do you know who will be handling this appeal since you have said it wouldn't be you?

Edit: Also, I would just like to add that a moderator has told me he deleted my island. If that's not abuse of power then I don't know what is.

I honestly can not remember what I said to be banned, all I remember is that I said something about him, probably offensive. I understand that it was wrong to be offensive to him despite my views on him.

 

Someone might have made a report about it?

I am currently speaking with Talia on discord and she said that I got banned for saying 'fun sucks cyp's d***' or something like that (I apologize for cursing! If you could blank it out once you've seen it please do so if you need to!!)

I had a feeling it was something like that - I am extremely sorry for being so immature and if I could take it back I would. I was not thinking straight and I realize that now. And to fungamer333, I would like to personally apologize to you for the things I have said about you both.

I would also like to apologize for ban evading - I felt like my perm ban was a bit extreme and I felt trapped because (as I stated before) I thought if I tried to appeal then my appeal would be automatically denied and I wouldn't get a chance.

I am hoping to be able to start fresh and have no issues like I have had in the past.
