Packed Ice

So I was planning on using packed ice to build something, since normal ice would just melt easily.
Is there any way to get more packed ice than the one I get with a new island? I noticed that nobody sells PACKED ice.

 

there are some shops that sell it just hard to fine i think i have some if you want you can have it

 

The only way to obtain packed ice is to play in the mob arena. You usually only get one or two blocks of it per game, assuming you make it far enough to get packed ice as a reward. This makes it very hard to obtain large quantities of packed ice, which is why many people do not sell it.

There’s been a new update! You may now craft packed ice with 8 normal ice and 1 lapis lazuli. In order to craft it, you must surround the lapis with normal ice, it will give you 4. Any further questions or can I lock this? ^James
