Problem with coupon - Ghostifyy

Since he's banned, he requested I make the thread for him, but he used his coupon to get an upgrade thinking it would work until there was nothing left. (He spent $12 upgrading from Skyknight to Skyking.).If he could, he would like to receive the rest of the coupon, (was originally $190 but he spent $12, so $178 coupon). Thank you.

 

Sadly the vouchers offer a one-time reduction in the price of a single purchase. This discount was a maximum of 190USD, but there was no minimum. It's a shame that he misunderstood the price reduction, but there's nothing we can do about it, as it is simply not a credit based voucher.
I believe that Ghostifyy has already been told that this is the case by Kerahna.
