Can't get on minecraft????

    For some reason (it started today) whenever I open minecraft launcher some small rectangle pops up saying "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll i smissing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" as I tried to re-install it and yet the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix that please?
