Smaller Island, can NOT build.

Problem:
Since they made islands smaller by 1 block, (99x99 to 98x98 blocks), my mall's exterior windows can NOT be put in placed due to this.

My mall will now be incompleted for a long time, since I dont think I will be able to get an expansion, and I dont want that.
The roof, exterior windows and other 3 remainig sides will not be able to be finished with this problem. I ask to get back 1 block in my island, or to have a permission to build there and once im "finished" to remove the permission back again.

I am trying to get to top 10 - 22 or something similar votes, to get atleast 15$ coupon to get an expansion.

Please help me fix this problem that made me very upset, im tagging super moderators, managers and developers.

If you can't help me and dont want to be tagged here anymore please tell me, I dont want to discomfort you.

I believe that it was changed from 101x101 to 99x99, but yes, it is not great. The only reason that they changed it was that it was supposed to be 99x99 originally. Also, I don't know your situation but Lee and Myrm have both said that they can help by fixing those blocks if they can help. I had to have Myrm fix my edges because my island was messed up and he fixed it within a few minutes

 

I am pretty much online everyday Myrm, I'll be online today all the time untill its 7pm for me (UTC -6:00)
My Minecraft IGN is JuztAndy, but I am nicked "SoSickImAFK" today, since I woke up feeling bad, I only need to get 1 more block of building to every side, so I can finish my mall's shops.

Myrmidous everything is good exept south zone (front side when /visit) is 2 blocks inside instead of 1, it makes a symetrical problem.

 

I think everything is fixed, but if I find any problem I'll start a conversation with you, thanks for helping me and you can archive this thread now.
