Fix Rules

Rules need updating. It shows.ORG repeals but org is shut down.

I know it's not currently working but it may just be a technical error, correct me if I'm wrong but there doesn't seem to be any official message saying it shut down, if anyone has confirmation that would be appreciated.

 

i believe it is... the org ban repeal is gone

Anyway support if it is completely gone, but obviously not if it’s still staying but it’s being renovated.
