Not allowed to use my code

im trying to spend my code I just won for the top voter, and it says I'm not allowed.

 

Did you enter the code correctly?

 

I did yes

 

Have you already entered the code in before? I accidentally made the mistake of using the code without the knowledge that it can only be used once.

 

No I won the code this morning.
I went to the shop about 20 mins later to spend and it says "You are not allowed to redeem this code"

 

Hmm, not sure then.

 

Im not sure then, I will tag Kerahna and Fun and see if they can help
(I don't think Fun has access to buycraft but I will tag anyway)

I just checked the code that I have and it works just fine for me. There must be something wrong on your end? Keep trying your code exactly as it shows. Maybe you copied it down wrong or something. Just keep trying until they reply.

 

If I was typing in the wrong code it would say
"This code cannot be found"
So it's right alright.

yes, I tried with two items but I now tried with only one and it still wont work
