I always loved the TMod prefix and there’s much more of a way to work upwards from TMod to mod. Re support :c

 

I want to go more into detail why we need t-mods:

T-mods (Trial moderators to those of you who are new) are a great way to shape a person into being a good mod. They can get feed back from the community onto how to do better and success. They also are a great way to learn new commands and how to execute them properly and appropriately. By bringing back T-mods this will help people who are new no moderating and need "training wheels" to guide them to success.


Think of it this way, a T-mod is an intern for a job; interns learn new things about the job, get feedback from employers, learn new techniques to make the job a little bit easier and contine to do this cycle until they are in shape to perform for thr job.
