    Hey there skyblock, I'm Krissy. Let me tell my sad story.
    I was a moderator here for 3 years and 7 months and have been demoted 4 times and resigned once.
    I was a super mod on skyblock.net, org and skywars and mineverse global mod.
    I am trash.

    I love this server, I loved the staff team. I did anything for those people including earn so many negatives, lost so many people I could have been friends with. I put myself through hell and back just for others to have a great time on the staff team and this community. I lost and gained respect throughout. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

    I wanted to be more than just another moderator.
    So people ask... well why did it end the way it did.

    I won't comment on that. But this is what I do want to say.
    Don't go around trying to hurt others. Don't assume things about them. Don't twist their words into what you think is right. It sucks, I should know.
    So if anything, don't make people go through this.

    If you don't know, ask

    If you think something is wrong, ask

    If someone has done something wrong, ask why

    You could be the difference between making someones time here miserable and making a persons time here great. You just have to ask the question... Why did you do what you did? Without forcing your idea of what happened on others.

    I don't regret ever standing up for my fellow staff, nor the experiences I had. Even the ones that put me through hell taught me valuable lessons.
    You don't have to be friends with everyone or get along. You don't even have to like anyone. But don't be that person who ruins another person out of spite, jealously or because you don't understand. Listen to others, know where you stand. Don't let your head rule your heart.

    Finally I want to thank everyone that has supported me thus far. There isn't a comment that hasn't brought me to tears.
    I was going to tag you all but you know who you are.

    I love you all so much.

    Krissy I want you to know that the community loves you. They adored the way you moderated and loved you as a person. When the news was brought to them that you were demoted, we asked "why her of all people?". I hope to see you around the community, and hope that the future ahead of you is good to you.

    Krissy, two of the things I admire about you is that you are humble and unselfish. You most definitely set the example for others, and your mindset about putting people ahead of yourself is something we can all take into consideration, including myself. This was well said, and deepens my admiration for you. A thread like this is so refreshing in so many ways. You're a real one man, respect.

    To be perfectly honest it takes a lot to get a demotion. If all arguments are civil and polite there would be no reason for any trouble

    Ever since we first met, I knew there was something special about you. I really liked how you put so much effort into making this community better. You were my mentor when I was a moderator, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Every time I messed up, you explained to me where I went wrong and you showed me how I could improve. The majority of whom you have mentored have almost instantly got full mod (from trial mod) and many of them have become super mods too, which proves how great of a leader you are.

    What I'm trying to say is that you've made this community so much greater. Without you I don't know what this community would be, you're basically it's rock. Even when skyblock started losing many players in-game and just started to change in general, you still stayed. You are loyal to this place and I respect that, but it's a shame that they thought letting someone this good go was a good idea.

    Thank you for all you've done for me and for all you've done for this community. You're too good for this place. You've always had my respect.

    I just love how strong you've been. People have f***ed you over, people have assumed things about you that weren't true. I'm glad that you've made an effort to not let that stuff get to you.

    Anyways, this thread was something great. Reminded me of the simple things that I sometimes forget about.
    You are definitely one of the best people I've met on here, and you are definitely one of the top reasons my experience has been amazing. I'm just glad I got to moderate and play with you. And I'm glad we've been great friends ever since. Extremely fortunate.

    Even though we barely ever talked online, or on the forums, I've seen people come to me and tell great things about you during your moderator times. Some comments weren't as thoughtful as the others, but overall the skyblock community liked you. You were a fantastic moderator my MY own eyes when I was online, and I was in awe. I even considered making an app, because I was inspired by you*.
    I'm grateful that you made this thread, possibly after seeing my dilemma in your profile. (Sorry bout' that.) But thank you so much for making this community so far better, and I hope someone is significant enough to fill in a now big, but empty rock in skyblock. Though your past of hell and back did not define you today, it shaped you into what you were, a fantastic moderator, and possibly something far greater shortly. I hope the future holds many things for you when time goes by.

    *Had barely any time in my schedule, that's why I'm not making an app anytime soon. That consideration of making a mod app was in my middle school years when I didn't have as much homework/ frequency of tests & quizzes.

    Its just sad to see a great, humble and old staff member to leave. We didnt talk much but I will really miss you. I have a book from you I got in 2014. All I can say now is that seriously we all gonna miss you. :heart:3
