I notice that there where some things disabled on the server like the hopper and the Nether world that are thinks that have a good use so my request is to enable the hopper and Nether world Cheers, I hope you guys can bring these option back in to the game
No support Hoppers were disabled due to some people duping using some duping glitch/bug. Theres might be a hope in enabling hoppers in the future cause there might be a few plugins that might prevent that bug. Nethers are also disabled due to people collecting nethery resources or something. I'm not too sure what is the reason.
This belongs in the suggestions section. Hoppers do something wrong, it's either causing lag, duplicating items, or both. It would also allow for players to almost fully automate a lot of their production, and I'm not sure that's a good thing for the economy. It would make it harder for new players as old players generally spend more time on the server. I don't think the nether would be added. What are you suggesting? That you go through the nether portal and it leads you to a nether skyblock island? I think (I don't know) that it would require a fair amount of programming, and potentially lag. It's also generally unnecessary: you can purchase most of the items you get from the nether (netherrack, glowstone, quartz) from /warp grass or /warp donor.
that is my point skyblock is not skyblock you need to buy and for dia and iron you need to buy with real money the survival of the skyblock is no more its like pay to play because with out selling your grass on buy 32 dia for 45,00 is insane I mis the old skybock.net but I you want to spend money go a head but not me
based on the economy you need to pay to get resources for example Iron,Dia,Gold etc so I don't know I personal thinks skyblock.net have lost player because of this I remember playing on here when the server was all most on 999 and now its pay to play
No support. The Nether I know another Skyblock server that has the nether and it was the laggiest experience ever. Also it would make quite expensive blocks like quartz be mass farmed. Hoppers Hoppers were disabled due to duplication glitches and looting problems: I don't really want any more glitches to be happening with them. I also think not having hoppers enabled is good for the economy, because it makes it easier to just mass produce items to get rich quickyly.
Uhhh I'm not entirely sure how that is relevant to the topic at hand, but sure...? As I said, hoppers will only allow people like Skyshop (sorry Cyk) to further automate their farms, restricting new players from being able to compete when trying to sell their products. That's not pay-to-win, that's put-a-lot-of-time-in-to-win. It's true that there are fewer people playing, and that may be because it's difficult for new players to get started, but nonetheless adding hoppers and the nether isn't the way to fix that. We'd need a huge overhaul to revive .net's playerbase (like starting a new server! )
No support, Support for Hoppers but, Nethers have quartz. quartz is expensive to get and people cant get it for free.
I think everyone has already said everything. Hoppers, yes, once bug has been fixed. Nether, no, period. No support.
