Introduction: Greetings! Thank you for taking time out of your day to review my application. My name is Sheily and I am hoping to become apart of the staff team. I enjoy helping out and doing something for the community. I hope you all can see the same.

What time zone are you in? Eastern Standard Time ‎(UTC-4)

What country do you live in? The United States of America.

What languages do you speak? I speak English and Spanish fluently.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No Yes, I have 2FA enabled.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) Yes, I have Gyazo to capture screenshots and Bandicam to record evidence.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

Unbiased:
I am an open minded person. I look at both sides of the situation. I am never one to just believe one side of the story. I hear out both sides of the story before taking action. I believe everyone has the right to tell their side of the story, and I am here to listen. After I hear both sides of the story, I will think reasonably and then take the correct steps into my actions.

Respectful:
I treat others the way I want to be treated. I am willing to meet new players and start a conversation. Whether I know someone or don't I show respect to everyone so I can get the same respect back. In handling a situation, I will do my absolute best to fix the issue without losing self control. I believe it is the way you handle a situation that can fix it. I always speak to a person with respect even if I do not necessarily agree with their opinion.

Kind-Hearted:
There are many things I can offer a player, but the greatest of all is my kindness. Whether it is small or big, I think that kindness is the greatest offer someone can receive. It's the feeling that you made someone's day a little brighter that makes me smile the most. After all players are here to play a game and one of the things I can offer is giving them the best playing experience. I have had times where players were not having the best of days. However having a simple conversation to understand their frustrations or helping them in any way possible is all based on personal choices. I enjoy making these types of choices and have done so.

Active:
I have dedicated a lot of time to being active both in game and on forums. I try to help as most I can and do what I can to get the job done. I help in chat but mostly in private message. If it is a new player asking questions on basic commands or just a regular person asking for help I am gladly the one to help. I have been playing consistently and do not plan to stop anytime soon due to the fact that I truly enjoy the skyblock community.

Dedicated:
I am dedicated to getting the job done to the highest standard I can. I put as much effort as I can do get the job done correctly and quickly. I believe being mod takes hard work and I am devoted to having a moderator position and to do the job the way it should be done. I am truly committed to the position I have signed up for. I have helped many new players in starting or just common questions being answered. I have also let players know to message me any questions, comments, and or concerns.

Patient:
Whatever it takes to get the job done, I will do. No matter how long it takes do complete the job I will wait. I've learned it is better to be patient then rush things that could turn out badly. Patience is key. It is very important to me that I maintain calm when others might not. Therefore the situation is not worse however is truly being established.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
-Monday: 1-2 hours in game and 1 hour in forums
-Tuesday: 1-2 hours in game and 1 hour in forums
-Wednesday: 1-2 hours in game and 1 hour in forums
-Thursday: 1-2 hours in game and 1 hour in forums
-Friday: 1-5 hours both in game and forums
-Saturday: 1-5 hours both in game and forums
-Sunday: 1-5 hours both in game and forums

How long have you been playing Skyblock? I have been playing Skyblock for roughly three years.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Yes, a year back for island farming and around a year ago for stepping on crops both in game bans. Never have been banned on forums. However, everyone makes mistakes in their life and these happen to be mine. I understand everyone is human and can have bad days. I believe these experiences can help me make connections when dealing with these types of situations.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Only once on a friends server a year ago but it closed down due to no activity. I was a moderator for a main building world where players had plots to build. I still believe I can handle big responsibilities such as a large server like the skyblock community.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No I believe I do yes.
