Skyblock Youtube Channel!

So, I was thinking maybe that Skyblock should have an official YT to post informational Videos, Info on the server. And some more fun stuff! It would be creative and useful or Skywars, .Net, .Org or other mc servers owned by the creators of Skyblock and Skywars

Uploaders/Editors/Creators - These are the people who would make the channel run! Ofc, it should be run by trust worthy people! People willing to actually run the channel without making rude posts of the server and rude videos. So, Like the mods! Or.. Someone else..


Giving people the ranks - SO! The people who get to run it will be community people! People who haven't had any mutes, said nothing rude about skyblock or to any mods on the server! People with no warnings or mutes! People trust worthy! Like, BertBerry Or Laiini. (There cool ppl) Or the mods!


Editors - These would be community people! Trust worthy community people that are good at editing or know the basics of it. For lighting and pictures/music! They'd be given the unedited video from the uploaders/creators and then make it shine and get views!


Creators - These would be the people who create the video ideas/Videos. By videos I mean if they are informational in any way! They'd story board it and then tell the Uploaders what to do! Ofc Creators would help too! They'd be mods or VERY 101% Trust worthy community members! Like HunterHiHunter Or Shadow_Hunter6 (there trust worthy, I think idk)


Uploaders - These, are the people who own the channel who know the channel login who create the Beautiful Videos! Ofc, I think they'd be run by devs or owners ONLY! or some 10000000% Trust worthy Community guy I guess. Mostly the Devs, Mods, Owners!


So yeah! Thats why I think this server should have a YT! It would be a good way to tell Players about our Server! And give informational videos on the forums, how to use it, and some special things like Christmas Giveaways, Halloween stuff and more! And, This would be a great way for the server to make MONEY. I'm sure they would like to make a extra 30 dollars or such if not many people have bought something from the store! So yeah! Bye!



(TBH if we already have one that I didn't know about I should really get out of my rock and go to youtube and stuff a little more so..)

I wouldn't watch it unless the creators were extremely entertaining, but tutorial videos might be of use to newer players.

Yeah, I'd only watch it if they were really good at it. Like a good TV show like Steven Universe or something else. Sorta like 1 million sub channel or something!

 

It might help with getting more of a player base, but, as Lycel said, it would probably only be useful if the commentator was entertaining.

Not really, Just a person who has some of dem good ideas and likes to reply. Just showing people that I'm ALWAYS here for question and talking a memes! (I must be the greatest greenie mod) *Pokemon theme intensifies*

 

I have so much support for this because it's a great idea for revenue and a great way to get more players on the server.

 

You know how long that whole process would take? Transferring the files, and actually editing the video? This is so unnecessary from just making an announcement on forums.

I like the creativity, but it's a lot of hard work dude, when you can just post a thread. You also have to be somewhat experienced with YouTube and how to handle strikes and things like that if you were ever to be striked. Pretty sure you get income from the views you get, so someones gotta keep up with that, not just giving popular people the ranks because you think they are nice, or just cos they are mods. They're normal people who just help out the server, doesn't mean they have experience with editing or something idk

Also, you get about 1 cent per 1,000 views, pretty sure (depending if you have ads or not, idk most people have adblocker as well so), and Skyblock isn't very popular now-a-days so it wouldn't get much views.. (well.. depending on the producer).

It's because they kinda want stuff there way (my opinion) for example someone has given at least 7 suggestions in last 2 weeks.
