Something really easy to do is do at least 10 pushups everyday, and you will get stronger. Before i couldn't even do a single pushup now i can do 100
Put headphones on and listen to music, that will show that you aren't interested in conversation. I do it all the time. I did 10 pushups from time to time. But then I was jumped instantly up to doing hundreds of pushups. In literally no time I could easily do 100. I miss those days tbh.
Yeah but I hate being out by myself and then seeing someone I recognize, someone I know or someone I know who it is
I would honestly prefer my school weight room over a regular gym because at least there are only people who are around my age I know and have similar goals like me. And I don't have to work out with adults who are waayy older than me and telling me what to do. Plus it's cheaper that way. I can barely do like 3 lmaoo
