Payed for $10 rank, but it's not coming in.

Hey! I recently purchased the $10 rank on this server, but it's clearly not coming in! Do you think you can help me?

Hey we don't take cropped images. Also it might take 48 hours for the payment to process.

 

Moving to donor and donation issues as well. If it doesn't come in within 48 hours like Dough said, please fill out the format!

yeah no, its not coming in. i'm pretty sure what happened is that it didnt register my username. if you could refund the money to my paypal account or manually give me my rank, i'd really appreciate it.
