So I can't actually join the server. - I need a fix

Every time that I try to join, my game goes to a white screen and says not responding. Then it says 'Disconnected' and I just can't join. I can send the logs and if anyone could help, I'd be so grateful.

Ok, I have a solution. It's my island that for some reason is EXTREMELY laggy. I will remove it, but first, I need a mod to help me get on!
Please do this at a time that is suitable for yourself.
I'm going to need a mod to teleport me to them while I'm connecting. c:

Yeah... our island for some reason lags really bad and then kicks us off. But we have 8 beacons and our rares on there!

 

I can get on later. I'll need to you to trust me, but I can probably grab your rares and beacons for you and store them at my island so you guys can restart. You'll need to get on minechat, or I'll need to tp you away. If not today, tomorrow works for me as well.
