Well obviously I would say ban. Player is getting items with no real effort.

Its a good idea to ban... but it would be nearly impossible to regulate and enforce. As stated you could just be unlucky

Keep it allowed. People gamble at their own risk knowing that it's rigged. The reason why the age limit in Australia is 18, is because people that aren't considered as an adult 1. Have no money, and 2. Can be easily manipulated into spending all the money that they do have.

Edit: Allowing gambling of pixels to me is a good idea, teaches kids at a young age that gambling is risky. It's no different to real life.

That's true. But I think that staff should have access to see how rigged it is. So ex. if i'm gonna go to your gambling site and I feel it's rigged then a mod should be allowed to check if it's rigged or not if you understand what i'm saying

You can ask a mod if it's rigged. I've never punished for it as I've never came across a case, but I have informed people whether or not it's rigged.

If a player states that it's not rigged, and it's what they say it is, and it's actually not, then it can be counted as scamming, and the player may be banned.

I mean it's a gamble right? Just like real life casinos run and make loads of cash.

But on the other hand should they be allowed on the aspect that at least where I live, underaged gambling is illegal and even the encouragement of gambling is considered illegal?

The owner of the casino is most likely going to want some kind of profit, and if that's the case, their ultimate goal will be to make that profit while engaging their customers so they come back and invest more time and money in the game. The player would be choosing whether to play or not. Some would be playing just for the fun of itand some for trying to earn some grass, diamonds or whatever the price(s) might be. If the second alternative is the reason then that's not really the owner's of the casino's, but the costumer's fault. It is a casino after all. I think each and every individual has a responsibility to somewhat know what you're doing, even if it's on a server..? If skin comps with fee are allowed, so should casinos be too in my opinion, skin competitions with fee are casino like, except that the organizer chooses one winner or in some cases non at all (for e.g. if they cooperate with a friend, is that considered scamming btw?). :p

This isn't about fees, it's about casinos that are rigged. With skin comps, 90% of them are rigged anyway lol

Rigged casinos have always come under the scamming rule and are not permitted. You are not allowed to promise a chance to win an item if there is no such item or make it so it is impossible to gain the items promised.
The same applied to paid skin comps. If there is enough evidence to show you have rigged the comp you can be punished.

Gambling is a risk and you need to assess if you really have a good chance or not. At the end of the day the items you pay out could be used to save for the prize they offer. There is no guarantee that you will get money back if the casino was rigged and it would be difficult to tell if it is at first.

    Don't buy into it.

Rigged casinos should be and are bannable- because it is scamming. Tricking another player to give you their items is scamming, and that is exactly what rigged casinos are. I would stay away from all casinos in the first place.

LIFE SUCKS NOOBS! xD. no seriously, in real life casinos are rigged too. It's never worth the gamble. The success of most casinos come from the fact that they are rigged. So kudos to those who want to make their in-game casinos realistic. I just happen to have been a nice person who made my casinos an nice 2/3 chance win. You can't expect everyone to be that way. HOWEVER on skyblock scamming is bannable. I believe that if you play on Skyblock you should abide by the rules. Meaning that if you get caught running a rigged casino, it's in the can for you. So I agree that it should be bannable on here as it's against the rules. If you don't like the rules of the server, then just don't play it.

As Krissy stated, it counts as scamming, and therefore it's not allowed. Secondly, I don't understand why people feel the need to scam anyway. People could have real fun with casinos if others didn't rig theirs.

I'm going to make a chest game on skyblock. I'll get a mod to verify the game to ensure all that prizes are there. I'll have a high roller and low roller option.
