Your support, along with my dedication, is what has compelled me to write this. Without the encouragement of those around me, my dedication would never have transformed into a mod application. Thank you all. If you have not met me yet (possibly because of time zones), I assure you that you may take confidence in my words, and if you decide that I would be a good mod for others, then please support.

To me, a mod is not a position of power, but a position of serving. Thus, I am not asking today for an ability to control others, but to help you. For most people, this server is a place people go for their free time, and therefore, I want to create the best time for those playing. This community, along with many mods and some very kind people, has made my experience amazing since the day I decided to come here. Now, I feel that it is my turn to give back to the community which has given so much to me.

This community on skyblock is unique and has given me an experience unlike any other. This is why I spend my free time not on any other server, but here. I care not about how fancy the server is, but the collection of individual people on it. This supportive community is the best I've seen, and this is why I spend my time here.

However, this is a place where people should be having fun. Not made fun of, or being harassed. This is a place where people can come relax; away from their struggles of the real world. Here is the true reason I want to be a mod. There are many people who have to put on a mask in order to be accepted into society, or what they think others are like.

I myself have tried to change myself to be like others. Through that experience, I learned that although it makes you "fit in" to your friend group, it makes you very unhappy. Thus, I would like to remove this clouded environment and let people cast off their masks, that they may be happy.

With these words, I present to you my mod application.

screenshots, etc) I take screenshots with F2 and videos with Quicktime.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

To me, a mod is not a position of power, but a position of serving. With this in mind, I present to you my character traits.

Honesty

To adequately serve others, one has to be honest. Thus, a dependable mod is one that is honest, sharing with others correct and accurate information. In order to serve the community, I need to be very dependable. I would never hesitate to give accurate information to those who just joined the game. I never cease to tell the truth.

Compassion/Helpful

I have a genuine care for those who are not experienced or need help with things. Thus, I am very helpful as a result, and am always on the lookout for anyone that is new and needs help. This is essential, as a mod needs to be helpful and active.

Humility/Respect

A mod's job is to serve others, not control or harass others. Thus, as I demonstrate humility, I may properly treat others, which is an essential trait a mod should have. I always make sure that people are treated better than myself.

Kindness/Patience

I am kind to all, if someone doesn't understand something, I am understanding and try to help them out until they adequately understand. I am patient and almost never get frustrated with others. Therefore, I would be able to patiently and faithfully serve others.

Impartial

I treat everyone equally, am and very fair in the way I act. I believe that everyone deserves a chance, no matter the way they treat others, the way they act, or their (donor) rank. I need to be impartial and fair to everyone I serve, and therefore would make a good mod.

How long can you be active on the server every day? I can be active from between about 6-8 hours each day!

How long have you been playing Skyblock? I have been playing Skyblock for several months now ...however, I was introduced to forums REALLY late, so I may not be very active in forums :<...however, I assure you that I am still very knowledgeable about this server, its plugins, and its forums!!!

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) I have been banned once about 1 or 2 weeks after I started playing (lmaooo), and have learned my lesson, as now my dedication to the game prevents me from wanting to do anything to be banned ever again.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have not had any past experience as a moderator.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes!

Afterword

When I am online, there are usually almost no mods on. I can tell that the community grows unhappy, and I feel an obligation to help them, for they have done so much to help me. It is my turn to give back, not to control, but to give and serve. This is why I want to become a mod. It is not a position of power, but of serving. This mindset is what sets me apart from others. A community is not governed, controlled, by a single person. It lives on as many come and go, serving it. I would like to be one of those few. For all these reasons, I am applying for mod. RocketOG is correct. You do not seem experienced enough with either platform to serve as a moderator for this server. Joining late means nothing really.

You sound like someone gave a third grader a dictionary but they don't know how to properly piece together different words in a coherent manner.

You just contradicted yourself. You can't consider yourself to be knowledgeable about something you're new to, can you?
Don't care enough to try and go through the rest, my opinion has already been decided.
No support, you don't demonstrate the maturity, capacity, nor do I feel I can trust you to serve the community appropriately.

 

Before I say my opinion I want to that I have yet not seen you in-game ( Time Zones ) so I will only judge by your written format of your application.
