    4. Did you read the rules ? Yes
    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Scamming someone who wanted to do an illegal trade I guess.
    6. Was this an incorrect ban? Not sure, I didn't think mods played any part in illegal trades.
    7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? yes
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Similar to point 5, I didn't think mods played a part in illegal trades, this player wanted to sell his ingame items for out of game money. Plus Kerahna already took the items that I "scammed" so why be banned if no-one lost items in the end.

    Just because the items were retrieved doesn't mean you don't deserve to be banned. You were clearly treated too kindly in your last ban, as the moderators unbanned you the moment you returned the items, but clearly you haven't learned your lesson. If a bank robber gets caught, the money is returned and he still goes to jail. He doesn't get out of jail for free just because the police found the stolen money.

    First of all, you clearly show no remorse for scamming someone.

    I don't care what vaxirus was trying to buy, there is clear evidence of you taking 4 beacons and not paying for it. Me taking those beacons back does not facilitate an illegal trade in any way.

    My job is the keep the server safe, which means keeping scammers off the server. You are a repeat offender, and you've been given many many chances which you've blown.

    Thank you for clearing that up.

    I understand you doing your role, don't get me wrong there. I do admire the work most of the mods do.

    I have tried to change my ways. Old habits die hard I suppose. I don't know what I can do to better myself as a player. If I do get unbanned, can you consider a mute for 2 weeks please. Maybe that will help with "rehab".

    Please explain what happened with Fatherofthesword and the bedrock trade.

    Father wanted to trade a bedrock (was done outside of skyblock, lucky for us, illegal things are allowed to be made outside of skyblock.net - zephxo buying rank on snapchat was allowed - off topic sorry). So my alt account joined his island as illegal items were supposedly allowed to be traded to coop members only (bypass I know). He wanted 5/600 diamonds, and I didn't initially pay him on the day of the trade as I went afk then later offline. The day following Father received his 5/600 diamonds.

    Alt's were banned for ban evading, please don't think I was evading to attempt to scam more. I evaded to try catch you online at the same time so we can talk about the ban, but I went AFK to play cards against humanity.

    We will try to see if Cyp can pick up that bedrock, but if he can not then 550 diamonds or equivalent value will be taken from your possession.

    There is clear proof that you didn't pay, and unless you provide proof that you paid then we will be taking the bedrock or the diamonds.

    Only a real scammer would take what I say as an opportunity to scam even more.

    I'm saying you have yet to prove you paid him. Your word alone is unreliable, and not enough to prove it, while he has proof you didn't pay.

    Might be unreliable, but you still have to consider it. When I exposed Mingo for threatening to hack me, Father was riding his a** so hard. Wouldn't be surprised if this is their plot to get back at me. I paid, end of story. You're not taking anything else.

    If you paid, then you need to provide proof. As far as evidence is concerned we only have evidence of you taking the bedrock, then filling his island with empty chests, one of which contains "LOL" written in stone blocks.
