Okay, so before i start i want to say that this is my opinion this is just a suggestion. If you don't agree that's fine tell me were you dont agree but this is just my opinion.

I feel like there should be a different type ranking like if the player has lots of experience in the game say likea year. they should be rewarded with some sort of prize or kit of some sort of course not as good as the paid kits because there would be no point into buying things if you could just sit around all day and get something like donor 25 but if there was some sort of reward for being on longer the game would attract new players. (also please not that i have not been on for 2 years so if i am wrong about this please inform me rather then going crazy on me) After the first few comments a question rose to be "what should be in these kits" I think 5 grass weekly maybe like 1 iron or something like that something that doesnt give them to much power but enough to be respected. Another problem is just getting off for a long time and getting on with a new kit. I implied that the readers would think total server time not just time with server on list. The next few were some about getting classes from different things like voting. I understand i I accept it entirely, if they say had a chance to get a UNIQUE kit (not sold) then it would encourage people to vote for the server. Think with both the chance of getting a unique class and 25$ for skyblock store form just taking a little bit of time out of your way to help Noobcrew would be crazy. Next what swhould go in these kits (i did sya what one of the kits should have but i need to be more specific) lets start with long time mebership. 1 year of total time on server: 5 blocks of grass 2 iron (weekly) and you get 5 voter crate keys and 1 rare key once you get year long. 2 years 10 blocks of grass and 5 iron (every 4 days) 5 voter crate keys 2 rares. 5 years 32 blocks of grass 15 iron 1 diamond (every week) 10 voter crate keys 5 rare keys. Now for the voter bonuses. common (not to common though!) 4 grass blocks per 5 days. Uncommon (Still extremely rare!) 8 grass blocks 1 voter crate key 6 days. Rare (getting more rare!!) 16 grass blocks 2 voter keys 4 days. Mythical (OMG!!!111!11!) 32 grass blocks 4 voter keys 1 rare key 1 diamond 5 days. Mega Mythical (Fluffy.EXE has stopped working) 48 blocks of grass 10 voter keys 3 rare keys 2 diamond 3 days. OK those last few are EXTREMELY RARE now i hope you know what i mean by saying those jokes. Anymore ideas? Please tell ( i am willing to edit this ism the fourth edit so far) XD

I'm neutral on this, could attract new players to stay longer but could have some long-term negative effects on the economy.

Plus, what would you put in these kits?

 

It's a cute idea, but what do you exactly suggest to put in these kits? Any ideas of yours would be nice to add to the original suggestion.

 

I think the server's fine without things like this. Neutral.

 

I think this would be better if they were unique kits that are not in the store that can only be obtained by voting. (Maybe add unique kits to the Rare Crate as well?)

 

The Idea sounds nice, but I am neutral on this at the moment. I will see what I think of it depending on other's input as well.

 

Like Krissy said, they could leave for a while and come back. In order for this to be fair, it would need to account for actual time played in the server vs how long you've been a member. Then again, there's always just afking. I think I have to say Neutral for now.

If Cyp implemented the plugin that kicks players from the server after being inactive for like 10minutes and then added the plugin that tracks the amount of ingame time could lead to something IMO.
