UPDATE: Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know that this error is no longer present on iLekki's account, really wanted to thank everyone who contributed even a little to this issue. I appreciate every mod and player who helped, but I mainly want to thank Sarge for actually resolving the problem and getting back to me about 10 seconds after I /msged him. He was very efficient and very understanding. Thanks man Really happy with the immense support from the staff on this server. I'm not too sure if I am posting in the right Thread area as I am kinda new to these forums so apologies if this is in the wrong place My friend iLekki has been experiencing this problem for about four days and we have both been trying to resolve this issue for a while now. Basically, iLekki and I were on our island, enjoying ourselves and setting up our shop and then she randomly gets banned for flying for 12 seconds by console. This has happened to us in the past so we weren't concerned at all. About 2 minutes pass and this error pops up; Connection Lost Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host We thought that perhaps this was a connection error and we really had nothing to worry about but we then checked to see if her other servers worked. Every other server on her server list experienced no problems. She tried logging in and out of Minecraft, direct connection, resetting her router, re-downloading Minecraft and even using a different computer. We figured out that there is a glitch/error on the servers side. I've contacted about 4 other mods and I think this problem is kind of beyond them. I don't know if a staff member could try to ban and unban her or maybe there is a way to reset her character? We both are really unsure about what to do at this point and I have tried using the 'Contact Us' tab and messaging mods daily but I think us as players have done everything we could do possible. We would both really appreciate if someone could try and look into it and respond to us as soon as possible. Thank you, PinkGib and iLekki
If you and your friend arrange a time with an online moderator for iLekki to get on, the moderator can quickly do /tphere before they get banned. Usually when people log on and get banned by console, they're on for at least one second before being banned.

This actually happened to me today as I was playing as non-donors with Korangar. I fell off my island, was banned for 30 seconds for flying, and then it wouldn't let me join. It let me join about 5 minutes after, sorry I couldn't be more help. EDIT: I would recommend she tries to update her Java version and even possibly a clean installation of windows. I also found this with a quick google search and it seems quite thorough, maybe give it a read. CLICK ME (It's on another servers forums, I hope this doesn't count as advertising)
