Why would you join to view the rules. I didn't sign up and looked at the rules. Also whats the G̶r̶e̶e̶k̶ Geek drama?
I joined the server as an adult and naturally like to respect a servers rules. I couldn't find the rules in game so I went to the website to find them. When a lot of the forums were wiped thanks to Geek. Pretty much every thread from 2012 and some of 2013 gone.

I joined because I found that there was forums for the skyblock server so I just signed up. I haven't regretted doing so
on my first account i joined because i was a moderator on mineverse at the time and wanted to come here on my second account (this one) i came backwith permission because i got perm forums ban on mv.
But thats why I signed up. To read the rules in depth and detail. Or is that not a valid reason? I think everyone should do that. Most of the updates and knowledge comes from the forums.

I came onto the forums because I had just joined the server and I didn't really know anybody, jess1ortiz told me to write an introduction.
I have been playing sb for a decent amount now, a lot less than some people(like 5 years) but I have had the incentive to become mod, because many people are rude, disrespectful, and there's long amounts of time I don't see mods on. The main reason I made a forums account is so I could make a mod application after a month or so, even though I haven't been on forums very much. #Galformod
