KellyPlayz_MC's Unmute for (skyblock.net)

Hello im iSolur im KellyPlayz_MC's older brother she is my little sister she spammed in the so called "Chat" here is our appeal.

1. Server name (.net / .org ): (.net)
2. In-game name: KellyPlayz_MC
3. Full exact Mute Message: You have been muted for spamming the chat. (doesn't show who muted im guessing ~Boss)
4. Did you read the rules ?: Yes i have and tried telling her to read them but she was so excited she wouldn't listen at all...
5. Why do YOU think you were muted?: (Sisters & mine opinion): Spam, So easy.
6. Was this an incorrect mute?: No she actually did it
7. Were you ever muted before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?: No we have not but her previous username or her current doesnt show up in the Bans link.
8. Why do you think you should be unmuted?: She was tired of the other skyblock servers she choosed this one and she wants to be unmuted cause she is so sorry about it she wouldnt listen i told her.

NOTE: I copied the ban format for this no offence.

Well i don't know really it showed no mod tag on her mute she just can't chat

 

Our logs show that she has not been muted before

I got on her account it says "You have been muted for spamming the chat."

How do you do that? Do members have perm?

Anyways her previous username had a mute and its muted as KellyPlayz_MC too I don't know if its a glitch or something

I'm sure i have been logging on its a glitch or something a hacker was on her account and probaly screwed up skyblock.net

FatalDisaster, It is still saying she is muted. Its probaly the last ban/mute system you had and its messed up for the new one is im correct maybe CypriotMerkz installed another ban & stuff plugin

Somebody with the perms a donor250 i think gave me this it says she is muted on her screen when she types in chat. i logged off my baby bro on my pc

Check those names & if its muted unmute & i'll try to see if she is unmuted.

Well, the only thing we can do to get this resolved is if she shows us a screenshot of what it says when she's trying to say something in chat.

 

I sneaked into her room & got a pic & she threw my phone down the stairs i still have the phone ok & the screenshot i'm uploading it.
