As you all know, every month the top 5 most diligent and organized voters are rewarded with $25 coupon codes to spend at our Skyblock Shop. It's a simple process of typing "/mail read" while on Net to receive the coupon. It is usually sent to the winners within a month after having won. However, if you are an Org winner, this process is completely different as we do not have "/mail". After winning, you must write Cyp and wait for the voucher, which is different from the Net codes. He's a busy guy, so we additionally write mods to ask if they can help, only to hear that they, too, like you, are waiting for an answer from Cyp. I imagine adding "/mail" to Org and changing the shop so that it accepts codes directly is something that cannot be done or it would have been done already. However, the process should be as fast for Org players as it is if you play on Net, though I have heard that it can take quite a while to receive Net codes at times, as well. Therefore, I suggest the Forum Moderator, Forum Administrator or the Org Super Moderator be in charge of handing out Org vote coupons when necessary, or someone trusted be in charge of both Org and Net vote codes. I agree! .ORG is neglected far too often, and should be given more attention. Cyp, get yo lazy butte on .ORG, and let the players know how much you love them. o-O
I believe sean should have access to op and server shop on both servers, to send out the codes. Support
Support, I've suggested to add /mail. HR have perms to /mail but not to /mail send or read. That did be very useful!
It's been 49 days that I've been waiting, Agent. November winners have already gotten their codes. If that's not Org lag, Idk what is.
