Bought /fly for 3Boys2Jersey - still haven't received

    Like the title says, bought a perk or whatever its called for 3boys2jersey and he still has not received this perk. we think it might have given it to him on straight up .net rather than economy server. Thanks!

    Hello there Evisaboss
    Can you please provide the Transaction ID of the purchase. Also are you sure you purchase the perk /fly on the right server?

    When you purchase something Transaction ID gets sent to the e-mail provided in the cart.

    Make sure you hide the reciept so only staff can see it. Ranks can take up to 2 days to be redeemed.

    I did not receive an email from anyone after purchase. I am pretty sure I entered my email correctly when I checked out as guest on paypal

    That's strange. I honestly don't know how to help you if you didn't get an email. You would have to talk to Cyp personally.

    If you didn't receive an email, then your transaction probably never went through.

    I used PayPal, and I know it went through. It said on the store in recent purchases /fly for 3Boys2Jersey... I'll contact Cyp. What's the best way for me to reach him?

    I know he checks through the support email but it could take a while to get a response.

    Maybe your friend already used the command for the certain amount of time, and he forgot to tell you.

    /Fly doesn't have a time limit

    If you are sure you have put the right e-mail, go to your PayPal and check your recent purchases

    I checked out as guest - Said my password for my paypal acct was incorrect and i didnt want to bother with changing it so i checked out as guest. Near the end it asks for email - i must have entered it incorrectly there

    Either you haven't purchased the rank and the money is still in your PayPal card or you have purchase led the rank to someone else.

    Once someone bought me fly, had it for like a month, never had it again.

    I used a prepaid MasterCard - I get a $150 card every week and I just used that when i checked out. It was the first purchase I made when i got this card for this week, so I know for a fact there is a sufficient balance on it. There is no way to check to see my purchases on that, unfortunately. I KNOW I entered his name correctly. It even said it in recent purchases.

    Any screenshots of you being at the recent purchases also, you are still able to check your recent purchases even with Prepaid MasteCard

    I may have gotten my transaction ID. How do i hide it so only staff may see it?
