/coop promote {Player} {Trust or Lock/Unlock}

I am going to assume that everyone here has played on a different server that has this same plugin or has just experienced this plugin elsewhere. Without this on .NET and .ORG it really does make the player think:
"Why would I player here when I cannot run any commands that can alter my island or give me a little control over it when there are many other servers that do provide that player satisfaction benefit?"

Honestly, there is no answer. This SHOULD 100% be a thing on both servers. This is somewhat of a mandatory update that needs to be done not only for the existing players on both servers, but for future players that are looking to settle down on a skyblock server that don't know which one (of the thousands) to choose from.

If I was the person that made the final choice for this potential update, I would strongly urge the community to fulfill their end of this presented idea and give feedback (like a lot of people have here) and see what everyone thinks. Judging by the current "Support" to "No Support" ratio it seems like a lot of people want this. And it's safe to say that I eagerly encourage this too.
