We need more out of the moderators than just the ability to replace items that may/may not be stolen. If an item is stolen, the Moderators' job is to find out who did it, and administrate the punishment and undo what they have done. We do not give away items due to the fact that a player lost or misplaced them; so if you can clarify what other responsibilities you will do as a moderator that would be most beneficial ^_^ Also, which mods are always afk when they are online? Also, every new mod doesn't get creative mode, some mods have been moderators for a while now without even getting creative mode.
