    Your application looks very short and simple. Try looking at other people's applications, especially those that have been accepted, and work out a layout and how much information you need to put into your answers. Good luck!

    You need 2fa enabled, which i don't even know because you do not have things outlined or in order. You also need at least 50 Messages, and you need to be a member for at least 2 weeks. Add more details. A LOT of them. This should be moved to off-topic.
