Out of place rating

If it is possible, I would like a rating for 'Out of Place'
This would be used for threads that need moving and posts that aren't on topic for the thread. For example, I had to give Sharkdude99 a rude rating because he just talked randomness in my discussion question. If there was a rating for 'Out of Place' I would have used that.

 

Well, to be honest, it's really not needed. If you have an off-topic post or

then you have the button "Report" for a reason. If you are unhappy with the post, then explain it in the report message and a moderator will handle it. If someone posts a thread in the wrong section, once again report it and explain the situation.
