I'm guessing there's one of a couple things.
1. Specific coordinates, if it's a special location on the server or something
2. There's something special about those chunks, either a chunk error, or maybe it's a pack of slime chunks. Maybe even a specific biome.
3. Or maybe it's in alignment with spawn because Leon has a small obsession with slimestone machines, so maybe he wants to fly to spawn in one or something to that extent.
